I had so much fun doing a photo shoot for Coco Blush!
Coco Blush is one very popular children's boutique clothing range! They mainly specialise in girl's outfits for weddings, but their gorgeous dresses could be used for any special occasion.
I had already been eyeing off their range of clothing as I had them on my wish-list for children to use when having a photo shoot! Angie (owner) just happened to put up a post on Facebook saying that she was looking for photographers to photograph some new-season dresses so of course I replied very keen to get involved!
Coco Blush are also based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs which made the process quite easy. Angie and I chatted about the look she was after - a boho theme - so I took a look around some local park areas and found a really cute spot in Lysterfield.
At the time the photo shoot was scheduled, it was the start of winter and we were crossing our fingers for a nice day. With typical Melbourne weather it was a bit hard to predict how things were going to pan out on the day but we got lucky! The rain was looming and we weren't sure if we would make it, but the models Angie chose were absolute troopers , jumping in and out of dresses so quickly! I don't think I've ever photographed so fast! I had a checklist going on in my head and Angie was also keeping a mental note of what we had photographed - together we made a pretty good team and managed to get everything done (go us!).
The resulting photographs are super-cute and really show off just how pretty these dresses are. I just love their range and wish there were dresses like this around when I was a kid!
