Newborn Photographer

It is ideal to photograph your newborn baby within their first 4 weeks to capture deep sleeping portraits plus those gorgeous, curly, womb-like poses. Photographing your baby so young also means that you can savour the precious memories of how small they once were when you first held them, and re-ignite those memories and emotions when looking at your photographs. It is therefore best to book your photography session while still pregnant, however if you have already given birth please don't stress, I can often accomodate enquiries after-birth and newborn poses can be achievable up to 8 weeks old. The birth of your child can understandably be overwhelming so the best time to photograph your baby is when you are ready!

Newborn sessions also include sibling and family portraits, and pets are welcome to join in.

Pregnancy is such a special and beautiful time, and once bub is born these memories fade so quickly! So why not capture and preserve your pregnancy memories also?! It is ideal to have your professional maternity photos taken between 30-35 weeks so you can enjoy the experience rather than just wanting to sit on the couch! You are welcome to bring your partner along and have them and other children involved in your maternity photographs.
